Passed away peacefully on Saturday July 4, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born and raised on the West Side of St. Paul. Agnes loved sports, especially the Vikings and Twins. Elder member of the Heipa Veblen district of the Sisseton Whapeton Oyate. Served in the Air Force and National Guard and received honorable discharges. Preceded in death by parents, Bernadine & Eugene LaBelle Sr. and Mary and Leo Wanna; uncle and aunt Dorothy & Champ Zapata; son Nathan; special niece Sarah; brothers Buster, Howard and Joseph; and sisters Mary Jane, Betty and Mona. Survived by husband, Edward; daughter, Renee (Loreto); brothers, Geno, Howard and Michael; sisters, Linda, Sarah, Tessie and Rachael, Roseann, Tony and Anita; grandkids, Racine, Michael III, Nathan Jr, Deslyn, Tiffany, Leticia and Nathan Xavier; 5 great grandkids; dear friend Pete P.; favorite uncle Peter (Curt); special nephews Mousie and Frenchie; many more nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles all of whom she loved dearly. Also many friends that she loved and she will be missed dearly by all. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11AM at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE, 401 Concord Street. Visitation Thursday 4-8PM at SIMPLE TRADITIONS BY BRADSHAW, 488 Humboldt Avenue and one hour prior to Mass at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations are needed for Aggie's interment per her request next to her son Nathan.
