Alicia Vasquez

Age 89, of St. Paul, a longtime West Sider, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Doroteo "Richard", daughter MaryEllen "Lena", infant grandson Derrick Anthony, her parents, and her brother.

Her love and dedication were focused around her family. She worked many years and retired as the secretary of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and was a proud Guadalupana. She loved reading, traveling, and most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved children, Lupe (MaryJo), Terry, Robert (Candace), Elizabeth, and son-in-law Monroe; grandchildren, Vanessa, Nicholas (Nicki), Angela, Ariana, Marquis, Anthony, Zachary, and Jolicia; great-grandchildren, KayLena, Antonio, Jameson, Doroteo "Teo"; brother, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. A special thanks to Allina Hospice Team especially Joe, Jenny, and Molly. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 26th, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 401 Concord St, St Paul. Visitation one hour prior to service with luncheon to follow.
