Born June 12, 1941. Survived by Elizabeth ("Sandy") Moore Kiernat, wife of 50 years; children R.B. Kiernat (Courtney) and Betsy Zakrajsheck (Peter); grandchildren Quinn, Lucy, Ellie and Katie; sister Barbara Rudofsky (Rick). Bruce was a graduate of Central High School, Yale University and U of M law school. He loved and enjoyed his family, Franconia, reading, trivia, travel and flowers. Memorial celebration of his life Monday, April 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at HOUSE OF HOPE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 797 Summit Avenue, St. Paul. Visitation Sunday, April 29, 2018, 4:00-6:00 P.M. at SIMPLE TRADTIONS BY BRADSHAW, 671 South Snelling Avenue, St. Paul. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Wilder Foundation, Friends of the St. Paul Public Library or donor's choice.
