Passed away April 18, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Edgar Sr and Stephanie. Survived by sons, Lawrence and Tim (Lisa); daughter, Stephanie Baird Peavey; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and ex-wife, Joan with whom he maintained a life-long friendship. Al was a member of the greatest generation. He served his country in the Pacific with the US Navy during WWII, and retired from Northwest Airlines after a 38 year career. Traveling, family, being with close friends, Disneyland, and the Twins were Al's favorite pastimes. Memorial Service, 11AM, Saturday, April 28th at ST LUKES LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1807 Field Avenue, St. Paul with a Visitation one hour prior. Interment Monday, April 30th at 10:30AM at Fort Snelling.
