Survived by daughter, Anna Kozlowska; mother, Henryka Sielgowski; grandchildren, Adam, Sara and Maja; siblings, Grazyna, Maria, Czeslawa and Marek; special niece, Sylwia. Duchess was passionate about her family, work, cooking, entertaining and crafts.
