Fred Happy Garcia

Fred H. Garcia "Gordo", 60, passed away from Covid on October 5, 2021. He was a gentle, kind and caring man who loved a simple life. He loved watching documentaries about wars, especially about the Navy, and playing with his loyal dog, Sonny. He was also a dedicated caretaker for his dad. He always greeted you with a "how's it going?" and a bright smile. We will definitely miss his infectious laugh. ❤
He is survived by his father, Joseph; brother, Timothy of St. Paul, MN; and son, PO1 Casey Garcia, Naval Station Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
He was loved by his many uncles, cousins, nephews and special friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rose Marie; and older brother, Joey.
A Prayer Service will be held for Fred at 11:00AM, on Friday, October 15, 2021, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, in St. Paul. Family and friends may visit one hour prior.
