Gabriel Isidro De Garcia

WEST SIDE , aka "The Finest", went to be with the Lord on October 14, 2022, at 64. Preceded in death by Father, Carlos and Mother Tiburcia; Sister, Rosemary, Brother Reinaldo; Daughter Jeanette; Grandson Trayce; Nephew Dylan. Survived by children Patrice, Monette, Gabriel, and Annette; Grandchildren, Devine, Aliciana, Ashaunafaye, and Amariyana; Siblings Maria (Cesar), Irma, and Martin; Many nieces and nephews.

Gabriel was a loving Grandfather and always treasured the moments with his Grandchildren. He was proud of his Mexican culture and enjoyed singing along to his favorite Spanish songs. Music was a passion throughout his entire life. He always played his favorite jams from his car speakers to the boombox. He was also known by the nickname "Gabby" and was characterized as selfless. While he endured many physical hardships in his adult life, he always persevered through them all with the support of his family. His home was the West Side and never let anyone forget it. His quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by those who knew him best. Although it is hard for family and friends to let him go, we know that he is now at peace with God.

Mass on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 11 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 401 Concord St., Saint Paul. Visitation at 10 AM. Interment, Resurrection cemetery at a future date.
