Died peacefully on Friday July 22, 2016. Survived by son, Andrew Hernandez Jr. and daughter, Lisa Errington-Hernandez, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. A funeral service will be held Monday, August 1st at 12 noon at SIMPLE TRADITIONS by BRADSHAW, 488 Humboldt Ave., St. Paul with a visitation beginning at 10 am.
