Helen C. Lattary
Age 83 of St Paul. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bertram and Lillian Lattary, brothers Bernard and Leroy and long time friend Jane Jones. She is survived by brother David (Margaret), nephew Mike (Sara), his children, Kayla and Lauryn and niece Heather (Charlie Ernst) and her daughter Josselyn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews of beloved Aunt Bee, Lynn, Dean (Mary), Janet (Jim), Richard, Mike, Joe, Peter (Patty) and their children. Helen was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota on October 7, 1934. After moving to St. Paul she spent most of her life living on Osceola Avenue. She loved her work at Donaldson Company and was a longtime member of Altrusa and Fairmount Avenue United Methodist Church. Helen touched the lives of many with her gifts, her fabulous home-cooked meals, activities with her nieces and nephews, volunteering for many, many activities and bringing laughter to all with her wicked sense of humor. She enjoyed the companionship of her furry friends; Santos and Taco John (TJ), whom she missed greatly. Helen will be missed by so many people whom she has interacted with throughout her life. Her life will be celebrated on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 2:30 pm at Fairmount Avenue United Methodist Church in St Paul, with visitation 30 minutes prior. Memorials preferred to Meals-on-Wheels, Cerenity Marian or donors choice.
