Passed away peacefully at home on November 10, 2017 at the age of 83. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Vesta Stegner. Survived by wife of almost 50 years, Jane (nee Larson); sons, Aaron (Chandra Kalscheur) and Jansson (Maria Ermides); grandchildren, Maya, Nolan, Alexi, and Nico; and cousin, Jane Fenley (Wally) Franck. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend and birder. Service at a later date in February 2018. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to NAMI Minnesota, Habitat for Humanity or the Mayo Clinic.
