Age 76 of New Brighton
Passed away on November 10, 2022 after a short illness with cancer. Jeannene was born and raised on the East side of St. Paul. As a woman of strong faith, she dedicated her life to caretaking and raising six children. She had a career in sales and customer service. Jeannene loved being active, biking, kayaking, hiking, and traveling. Family and friends were deeply important to her.

Jeannene is preceded in death by her husband, William Otto; parents, Andrew and Margie Stein.

She is survived by her children, Mike, Theresa, Cathy (Aaron), AnnMarie, Joe (Dory), Christine (Juan Pablo); honorary daughter, Miao Chen “Carol”; grandchildren, Alex, Ellie, Haiden, Max, Arthur; siblings, Ron (Lois), Rosemary (Ron), Patty (Dave), Gloria (Bob); many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Thank-you to all, including the Applewood Pointe of New Brighton community for their support and prayers.

Mass of Christian Burial, 11am Tuesday, November 15th, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave NW, New Brighton, with visitation beginning at 9:30 am. Interment at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church or Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
