Passed away peacefully at her home in Maplewood, surrounded by family. Survived by 5 children; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; longtime friend, John Grams. Joan was a lifelong American Legion Auxiliary member and 4th District North End Unit 474 President. Celebration of Life Monday 4-8pm at Arcade-Phalen American Legion Post 577, 1129 Arcade Street.
