Kelly Prosch

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kelly Prosch, born on June 30, 1967, who left us on December 17, 2024, at the age of 57.

Kelly was a kind and vibrant soul, whose warmth and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a loving mom, daughter, sister, aunt, grandma, and friend, always ready with a smile, a laugh, and an open heart. Her spirit was as bright as her infectious laugh, and she had a unique ability to bring people together with her warmth and care.

Kelly's journey in life was not without its struggles. She battled with addiction, a challenge that she faced with incredible strength and resilience. While it was a difficult part of her story, it does not define the entirety of her life. Kelly was a fighter-one who faced her demons with courage and continued to strive for better days. Those who were closest to her knew her as someone who deeply cared, who wanted to help others, and who, in her quieter moments, sought peace and healing.

Kelly is survived by her children, Michael Goettsche, and Bailey (Nick) Buchkosky; her granddaughter, Phoenix; her siblings, Ryan Clark, Kimberly Goettsche, Sue Clark Mittlesdorf; her nieces and nephews, Shae Clark, Zoe (Phillip) Prince, Taylor (Adam) Erickson, Kali Goettsche, Chad Goettsche, and many cherished friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Prosch, and her parents, Karen and Michael Goettsche.

Kelly will always be remembered for the love she gave, the joy she brought to those around her, and the strength she carried through life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held next summer, we will let everyone know when we have a date.
