Lucy Troy

Lucy Mae Troy, born to Willie and Edna Smith in Milton, Florida December 24th 1941. She was the second youngest of 6 siblings. In 1959 she married her sweetheart Bobby Troy in Chicago, IL In 1968 they moved to St Paul, MN where she had resided since with their four children.

She is survived by her children; Gwen, Marcus, Sonya and Rodney. Also her bonus daughters Angela Martin and Tamara Simmons and her nephew Roland Smith and niece Beverly Dunn with a host of grand and great grandchildren with her great great grandchildren on the way.

A "Homegoing" will be held Wednesday, September 4 at 12:00 pm at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw, 488 Humboldt Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota. A visitation will begin one hour prior. She will be laid to rest following the service at 1:30 pm, Elmhurst Cemetery in Saint Paul.
