Marilyn Robb

Robb, Marilyn Jane (Nelson) age 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Marilyn was born on July 10, 1936 in Omaha, Nebraska to Carl and Florence Nelson. She met her husband, Everett Robb, of 66 years on a blind date. She worked as a secretary for Woodman Insurance in Omaha and then as a stay at home mother later in life. Marilyn was an avid athlete in her youth playing basketball and Pop Warner football with the boys. She also enjoyed playing golf and tennis. She was a great cook, with smells of Swedish rye bread and meatloaf filling the home. She was also a sports fan and enjoyed watching football and golf. She was a stubborn swede with sarcasm mixed in for a perfect combination to keep everyone laughing and on their toes.

She is survived by her husband Everett, and son's Steve, (Allison) Kevin, (Amy) and 5 grandchildren Annika, Ethan, Elyse, Olivia and Charlie. Also survived by her sister Joan Patrick

Family, friends, and those whose love Marilyn are invited to Waverly Gardens, 5919 Centerville Rd. from 1:00-2:00 visitation and 2:00-3:00 service on April 11 to celebrate her life.
