Michael DeZurik
Age 66, son of the late Alice (Marsh) and David DeZurik, passed away on Feb. 26, 2016 at Collegeville , MN. He is deeply mourned by his wife Rita, sons Matthew (Karen), Damien (Kathy), and Simon (Allison), sisters Joann Cierniak and Janet (Gene) Faulhaber and brother Donald (Mary Jean) DeZurik, beloved grandchildren Louis, Bella, Rowan, London and Elias, step daughters Megan (Wen) and Ellen Peterson, step-son Isaac Peterson (Leslie), ex-wife Mary Hernandez, thirteen nieces and nephews and the wider family. Preceded in death by his parents, his brother David DeZurik Jr., his nephew Peter Faulhaber and his brother-in-law Joseph Cierniak. Mike's spirit will always be remembered and cherished, especially when family members gather on the shores of Big Watab Lake, where Mike spent so many happy summers growing up, and where he was living at the time of his death. Memorial service to be March 22, 2016 in Mahtomedi, followed by an outdoor celebration at the lake home in July.
