Michael James Reinhardt, Sr.

Michael James Reinhardt, Sr. age 62 of St. Paul, passed away unexpectedly on November 27, 2023.

Dad, Mick, Mickey, or Bubba Lou- he would answer to almost anything. He was a gentle soul, and had a kind and giving sprit. He was a genuine and truthful man who would always lend a hand in your time of need if he could. He did so much with the little he had. He liked to have a good time, and lived life to the fullest. He had a VERY competitive streak; especially when it came to playing cards. Often he would say "If ya ain't cheating, ya ain't trying!" He passed that trait, along with many other great character elements, to his children, who will miss him dearly. He will remain in our hearts and minds. There will never be another quite like him. His laugh and humor will never be matched, and we were blessed to have Dad in our lives. His laugh and memories are seared on our hearts for eternity. He loved everyone he met; never a stranger, just always family. He would be humbled by your presence today.

He is survived by his children- Michael James Reinhardt Jr., Anna Elizabeth(Daniel) Koch, Jessica Lynn Reinhardt; grandchildren, John, Aaron, Amberly, Chaz, Gavin, Allyssa and Porter; great-grandchildren, Raydyn, Hadleigh, Grace, Mayzie; siblings- Nancy (Leo) Lytle, Dennis (Marilyn) Reinhardt, Judy (Kraig) Anthony; brother-in-law, Gary Furrer; numerous nieces and nephews , friends and acquaintances. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Aurel "Bud" and Bonita Mae (Zechmeister); siblings- Christine Furrer, David Reinhardt, and daughter-in-law, Jennifer Reinhardt.

Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 2nd at Simple Traditions by Bradshaw, 488 Humboldt Avenue, with visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery (future date to be provided.)
