Passed away surrounded by family and friends at his home on December 24. Preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn. Survived by his wife, Tawny; son, Alex; daughter, McKenzie; father, Charles N.; brothers, Charles E., Daniel and David. Norman, also known as Scott, graduated from Highland Park H.S. and the University of Minnesota. He managed investments for clients of Waddell & Reed for many years, winning numerous trophies and awards. Scott truly cared for and cultivated his many friends; his house often resembling a club house. A Celebration of Scott's Life will be held on Friday, January 5 at a private residence, 7 Heather Place, St. Paul, 55102 from 5-8 PM. Memorials preferred to Fairview Hospice.
