Patrick Coleman

Patrick Gregory Coleman 3.6.36. Born in St. Paul, son to Michael & Margret Coleman.

Loving husband, father, and friend to all - passed away on January 26, 2025.

Pat attended Cretin HS, graduating in 1954 and went on to St. Thomas College where he earned an Economics Degree. He was a multiple sport athlete playing football, baseball and hockey at Cretin, and played hockey for St. Thomas College. After that, he managed St. Patrick's Guild, started a career in Human Resources for Miller Hospital, Honeywell, St. John's Hospital, Munsingwear, and Norwest Banks. He then became a training consultant for his own firm, The Training Company, presenting training seminars internationally for 25 years. He married his high school sweetheart, Judith Balfour Finn in 1958 and had four children and 10 grandchildren as well as 9 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael and George. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Judie; sisters-in-law, Joanne Coleman and Sharon Vievering; children, Joe, Bill (Suzi), Cathi (Mike) Theodore, and Molly.

In retirement, he selflessly served many organizations and will be remembered for his love of sweets, playful demeanor, generosity, and kindness. Memorials preferred to Judie Coleman at 750 Mississippi Ave S. #104 St. Paul, MN 55116.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am Friday, January 31 at Lumen Christi, 2055 Bohland Avenue, St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
