On April 28, 2016, at the age of 54, Paul passed away at Region's Hospital in St. Paul, MN as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident on April 15. Paul was born in Gary, IN on October 14, 1961, he spent his mature life on the streets of West St. Paul spreading his brand of love and good cheer to everyone who would listen. Survived by his sons, Paul Michael and Joseph Raymond; grandson Devan and their mother, Laura Silva; Paul's mother, Consuelo (Connie) Palacio and friend Teddy Alsides; brother Anthony Palacio (friend Carolyn Worstal); niece, Tiffany and her sons, Riley and Gabriel; nephew, AJ; sister, Elizabeth Palacio (friend Hipilto De Jesus); nephew Steven (Jen) Reillo and daughter Isabella; niece, Elizabeth Vargas; nephew, Ruben (Monica) Vargas; brother, Steve (Cherie) Palacio and nephews Ryan, Matthew, and Branden; aunt, Josephine; cousins, Cynthia and Michael Garcia; aunt, Alicia Hernandez; cousin, Mario; Gloria (Mitch Goldman Family); Inez (Richard Zaccaries Family); Rosie Mundo; Andrea Flores; Sandra, Lynn, and Ray Carrizales; Paul Alsides; Juanita and Jerry Rea; Tomasa Castillo and their families; John and Carol Palacio. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, 11:00 A.M. at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 Concord Street. Visitation Thursday, 4-8 P.M. at SIMPLE TRADITIONS BY BRADSHAW, 488 Humboldt Avenue, as well as one hour prior to the Mass at the church.
