Age 84 of St. Paul died on May 7, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Grace, sister Dorothy Steen of Halstad, MN, four cousins and many nieces and nephews and their descendants. Ralph graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, was drafted into the Army and served as a medic during the Korean War in Germany. After earning a PhD at the University of Nebraska, he taught biology at Augsburg College from 1964 until retirement in 1994. His funeral will be at the Lutheran Church in Halstad, MN on Saturday, May 13th at 11 a.m. Visitation one hour before the service. Memorials are preferred to Augsburg College, Trinity Lutheran Congregation and the Parkinson Foundation.
