Ramon Michael Hutchinson
Beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, nephew and uncle. Ramon Michael Hutchinson, age 49, died on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. On September 16, 1967, he was born at St. Joseph's hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota where he was raised.
Ramon was a protective, independent and loving person who cared deeply about his family and friends. He was a Union Carpenter and Commercial Construction Worker by trade, taught himself various languages, one was Spanish which he became fluent in. He was a mentor, math tutor and made the Dean's list at the University of Minnesota. He also loved martial arts, music, especially Prince, and loved dogs.
He is survived by his mother, Diane Hutchinson-Shoals; step-father, Sidney Coleman, Jr.; Johnny Phipps (biological father); brother, Larry Hutchinson; sisters, Tamika Hutchinson & Shantell Hutchinson-Carroll; children, Brandyn, Alexis, Brunilda and Rae Nicole; 2 grandchildren, Ramel and Berry; aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Visitation and Service will be held at ST. PETER CLAVER CHURCH, located at 375 Oxford St. N, St. Paul, MN 55104, on Saturday, June 10, 2017, Visitation will be at 11AM with Service at 12PM.
