Age 70, of St. Paul
Passed away December 11, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Margaret. Survived by son, Aaron (Denette); grandsons, Brogen, Brady, and Bryce; siblings, Carol (Dean) Mackell, Mariella (Tino) Hernandez, Patricia (Jim) Alvarez, Michael (Jenny), and Father Thomas; eight nieces and nephews. Dick graduated from St. Thomas College with a Bachelor's in accounting working for many years with Ramsey County Credit Union. He was a proud Third Order Carmelite. He was devoted to helping others in any way he could, this devotion led him to volunteer at Little Sisters of the Poor for many years. Dick will be remembered as an attentive and doting grandfather to his three grandsons who lit up his world. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday December 14th at 10 AM at LUMEN CHRISTI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2055Bohland Ave., St. Paul with a visitation beginning at 9AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials preferred. A special thank you to Our Lady of Peace home for their wonderful care.
