Sandra Mackey

Sandra Lee Mackey (nee Rowles)
Age 78 of St. Paul, Minnesota and Pueblo, Colorado. Sandra earned a Bachelors of Art (Elementary Education) from St. Catherine University and a Masters of Science (Library/Media Education) from Mankato State University. Sandra enjoyed a long career working in the St. Paul and Pueblo schools as a librarian and media specialist. She loved spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and participating in the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanette Ann; and parents, Marian and Vern. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Frederick; sons, Steven (Joan) and Paul (Sally); grandsons, Samuel and Ryan; and other loving family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Fairmount Avenue United Methodist Church, 1523 Fairmount Ave., St. Paul on Saturday July 7, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. with a lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association appreciated.
