on May 30th, at her home
Tatyana was born in Kiev, Ukraine to mother Lucie and father Leonid, along with her twin sister Julia. Tatyana made friends easily and maintained contact with many. She studied music at the Kiev Conservatory and became an accomplished composer of music for film and theatre as well as popular music. But her passion was always to develop potential talent of the next generation. She created children's theater in Kiev. She developed and produced an annual festival for performing youth groups that took place over several years in different locations in Ukraine and saw children come and perform from all corners of the globe. She continued her work when she came to Minnesota more than a decade ago. After being diagnosed with cancer three years ago she maintained a positive and brave outlook. Tatyana continued her work. She directed produced and performed in Russian Seasons in Minnesota concert while receiving treatments for her condition. She completed a total of fourteen Russian Seasons concerts. Her creativity, tenacity and love will be missed but remembered to inspire us and those who come after.
She is survived by her children Natasha and Leonid, husband Vladimir and sister Julia.
Her life will be celebrated Monday June 1, 5:00 P.M., at SIMPLE TRADITIONS BY BRADSHAW, 671 Snelling Ave South, St. Paul. Visitation 2 hours prior.
