Passed away July 26, 2016 due to lung cancer. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred McMenimen; sister, Marilyn (Bob) Balek. Survived by a brother, Jack; sisters, Joan (Neal) Carlson, Mary Kay (Rod) Gray; four sons, Jeff, Greg (Rachel), Kevin (Karen), Brian (Elizabeth) and loving wife, Blanche. Grandchildren Leah, Katie, Hannah, Finn, Bayley, Simon, Madeline, Oscar, Olivia, Henry and Cecelia.
Tom was born in Mason City, Iowa and is a graduate of St. Johns University in Collegeville, MN. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the incredible health care professionals at United Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital in Brainerd, who have provided loving care and support. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, August 18th, 10:00 AM, with a visitation one hour prior, at ST. PETER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1405 Hwy 13, Mendota. Burial 1:30 PM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Meet at Assembly Area 4. Memorials preferred to cancer research.
